House Rules & Policies
- Upon arrival, please check all the amenities, bathrooms, and rooms (including faucets, doorknobs, remote control, etc.). The guest/s are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages during their stay. Guest are required to pay the damages, up to the full cost of replacement or repair whichever is higher.
- This is a Private Resort, we have no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your OWN RISKS. Children must be accompanied and supervise at all times.
- No downpayment, No reservation. All down payments are non-refundable (except security deposit). The full payment of booking must be paid in advance at least 2 (two) weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid on time, the booking will be cancelled. The initial down payment will not be refunded. For NO SHOWS 100% deposit will be forfeited. Guest may
reschedule / rebook the booking date at least 30 days before the confirmed date as long as there is written letter submitted, approved by the Management and the preferred date is available. Guest may reschedule the booking date within 30 days otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- In case of bad weather, tropical storms, or typhoon’s including any inconveniences or complication caused by a typhoon’s direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a typhoon’s strike, and unforeseen events, Guest may reschedule / rebook the booking date within 30 days and as long as the preferred date is available.
- Avery Ridge Resort is not liable for any other costs, evacuation or inconvenience caused by a tropical storm, typhoon, or unforeseen events.
- We charge corkage fee for catering and for bringing in sound system, speaker, or any other electrical devices or appliances, Corkage fee: PHP 3,000.00
- Fireworks are not allowed inside the resort.
- The resort is a non-smoking resort except on designated area – SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Fine: Php 3,000.00. (smoking area – mini view deck, and outside the resort only).
- Gambling, hazing, illegal firearms, prohibited drugs, or any illegal activities are not allowed inside the resort.
- Violence, drunk, destruction of resort’s property or disorderly behavior of the guest will automatically cancel the booking. Guest/s will have to vacate the resort immediately. No refund will be given whether partial or full. All damaged items shall be charged to the guest/s.
- Please keep your area clean and take care of the facilities and equipment. We provide garbage bin in strategic places for your trash.
- Park at your own risk – 2 car indoor parking and 10-car outdoor parking (beside and in front of the resort)
- Videoke is switch off between 4:00am to 8:00am. REST TIME.
- Cleaning of Pool, Dining and Videoke areas are schedule between 4:00AM and 6:00AM.
- We don’t provide toiletries, towels, kitchenware’s, dining wares, and utensils.
- No pets allowed.
- Management / Owners / Staffs of Avery Ridge Resort assumes no responsibilities to any injuries of guest. Secure all your valuables and personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss of guest’s property, including vehicles, against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others.
- Guest/s are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
